Why MarineLink
What you get as a MarineLink supplier
You keep your stock and your prices. We bring the buyers, handle the enquiries and manage the sale — so selling through us doesn't cost you selling time.
Buyers worldwide find you
We invest in search engines, advertising and direct outreach so ship owners, managers and engineering companies find your parts — you don't have to market yourself.
Your identity stays private
Buyers never see your company name or prices. All enquiries come through MarineLink, so you keep your customer relationships and pricing strategy yours.
Upload thousands of parts at once
Add parts one by one with photos, or drop in your full Excel or PDF price list — up to 20,000 lines — and our team reviews and publishes it for you.
We handle the buyer relationship
We take the enquiries, agree the sale and manage payment with the buyer. You receive confirmed orders with quantities and agreed prices.
See your results
Your supplier portal shows which of your parts are in the catalogue, what buyers are asking for, and your confirmed sales.
Show parts properly
List up to 5 photos per part, its condition (new, used or reconditioned), origin country and quantity — the details buyers ask for before they commit.
How to register
From sign-up to your first order
Five steps, and most suppliers complete the first three in a single visit.
1. Create your free account
Register on our supplier page in about a minute — with Google, Microsoft/Outlook, or just an email address. No cost, no commitment.
2. Fill in your company profile
Add your company name, country, contact details and the brands you supply. Your profile goes to our team for review.
3. Get approved
We review every application to keep the catalogue trustworthy. You get an email as soon as your account is approved — usually within one working day.
4. Upload your parts
List parts yourself with photos and condition, or upload your whole Excel or PDF price list. Our team publishes each part into the catalogue for buyers to find.
5. Receive quote requests and orders
Buyers request quotes and place orders through MarineLink. You answer with your price in your portal, and confirmed orders arrive in your inbox with quantities and prices.
